    This is toll Condux made for scraping. It has a cycle time of 2-3 seconds. If you have a lot of cable that must be cut to handle this is the tool. Can be run from a hydraulic power pack, trencher or a digger derrick truck. We had a job with lead sheath 500 mcm 15 kv cable in 500 ft runs + and had to cut it up into 8 ft pieces to handle.
