    You are purchasing a used set of GREENLEE 45206 COMPACT RATCHET CABLE CUTTERS.  As you can see from the photos that were just taken of the actual item, there is damage to both the cutting mechanism and the handle.  The cutters have a few noticeable chips in the cutting head.  Please see the photos for up close detailed pictures of the damage.  The handle has RK ELECT written in marker on the inside.  Again, please see the photos for the markings.  The cutters have been priced with the damage in mind.
