This listing is for a 9 page pattern for 18" Vinyl Doll such as Kidz n Cats, and other slender vinyl dolls.
Full Size Patterns and instructions for a basic dress with instructions for cutting the bodice on the bias for plaids, Pinafore, full slip, panties and a beret.  Three sleeve options and the pinafore ruffle is interchangeable as a sleeve option.
