    Steel Dragon Tools® handheld hydraulic rebar cutter cuts 1/4-inch to 3/4-inch rebar and steel rod. The heavy-duty head and blades are made of forged steel for an extended operating life. The body of the cutter is all metal and has comfortable rubber grips. The metal retraction wheel automatically opens the head after cutting.
