When I turn on the remote control, a blue light comes on and it blinks (PLEASE SEE THE 2nd PICTURE),
NO OTHER LIGHTS COME ON, EVEN WHEN I PRESS THE BUTTONS.
WHEN I PRESS THE BLACK BUTTONS ON THE REMOTE CONTROL, THEY DO NOT "FEEL" LIKE THEY ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, BUT I CANNOT VERIFY THAT BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A CABLE CUTTER TO TEST AND VERIFY THEIR FUNCTIONALITY.
THE REMOTE HAS NOT BEEN TESTED SO
THE REMOTE CONTROL IS
BEING SOLD AS IS IN USED AND UNTESTED CONDITION AND THE OPERATIONAL AND USEABLE CONDITION OF THE REMOTE CONTOL IS UNKNOWN
