for "Hannah" by Susan Barmore. Sweet and adorable describes this fairy sitting on a mushroom made of fabric and painted. Sitting on the mushroom, she is 12" high. Hannah alone is 8" high. Her wings are made of fabric and fusible web. Full size pattern pieces and complete instructions for doll, costume and mushroom.
